Small goal list before holiday




  Yesterday was rough..




































But Im still enough motivated and disciplined for setting up some goals before holiday!

So I got 3days, and goals will be:

[ ] 24+ hours
[ ] Hit gym 1x
[ ] 15k hands
[ ] Not spewing, and mark up if I do so
[ ] Warm up before hitting tables
[ ] Mark/post hands to skype
